FAQ

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We ship to all of Europe for $12.95, Canada for $8.95, and Australia/New Zealand for $13.95.  We are based in the United States, and we ship to all of the US, including Puerto Rico and APO/FBO addresses, for a flat rate of $4.95. Unfortunately due to certain regulations and rules that we must follow, we cannot ship to certain countries.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept credit cards and PayPal.  If you prefer to pay in cash or check, please visit one of our stockists or visit us in person at one of our events.

WHAT DOES AWAITING FULFILMENT MEAN?
Awaiting fulfilment means that we've received your order and are working on packing the order.  Once the order is packed and ready to be shipped, the order status will be updated to 'Shipped'.  Once the order status is updated, you will receive an email from us with your tracking information.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP OUT MY ORDER?
We ship out orders as quickly as possible.  Most orders ship within 1-4 days, but on occasion may take a bit longer.  We ship products Monday through Friday and do not ship on the weekend.  Orders are processed in the order they are received.  If the billing address and shipping addresses do not match up, there may be a delay in processing.

WHAT IS THE TRACKING INFORMATION FOR MY ORDER?
Tracking information is available as soon as we print the shipping label. Tracking information is provided with every order.  As soon as we print the shipping label, we will send out an email with the tracking information.  The tracking information will not begin to show until the USPS scans the barcode - please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to begin.

DO YOU REALLY MANUFACTURE YOUR OWN PRODUCTS?
Absolutely! We formulate, pour, blend, and craft each and every product at our laboratory so every product is handmade in the U.S.A.  We are an independent company and we handle all our sourcing, formulating, manufacturing, and shipping ourselves.

DO YOU OFFER SAMPLES?
Yes! We offer samples of our solid colognes and solid perfumes! The samples contain 0.1 ounces, or 3.0 grams, of our solid fragrances.  Because of very specific labeling requirements for cosmetics, we do not offer samples of our cosmetics at this time.

ARE AROMI PRODUCTS TESTED ON ANIMALS?
No! We are huge animal-lovers, and we would never test our cosmetics on animals. We do not buy raw materials that have been tested on animals and do not conduct animal testing. We believe that animal testing is not necessary in our product development process.

ARE AROMI COSMETICS VEGAN?
We believe that creating cosmetics with animal ingredients is completely unnecessary because there are so many alternative raw materials available. We are dedicated to developing vegan cosmetics and do not use animal-derived ingredients in our cosmetics.

DO AROMI LIP PRODUCTS HAVE GLUTEN-CONTAINING MATERIALS?
No, we do not use any raw materials that contain gluten in our lipstick or lip glosses. If you’re gluten sensitive, we believe your cosmetics should be gluten-free too!

DO YOU COLLABORATE WITH BLOGGERS?
On occasion we do collaborate with bloggers.  If you're interested in collaborating with us, please email info@aromibeauty.com or use our contact form.  Due to such a large amount of requests, please note that we simply cannot accommodate everyone or respond to every email. 

DO YOU OFFER A DISCOUNT FOR CERTIFIED MAKEUP PROFESSIONALS?
At this time we do not offer a discount for makeup pros.  

CAN YOU MAKE A CUSTOM FRAGRANCE BLEND OR CUSTOM LIP COLOR?
We can definitely do this, but we're not offering this service at this time.  Developing a new color formula takes a lot of time and development, and unfortunately we just do not have enough time to offer this as a service.

I'M INTERESTED IN SELLING AROMI AT MY STORE/BOUTIQUE, ARE YOU ACCEPTING NEW STOCKISTS?
We love working with stores and boutiques, please contact us at info@aromibeauty.com or through our form, if interested.  We do receive a high number of stockist and wholesale requests so please include as much information as possible when contacting us.  We only wholesale to other businesses.

IS AROMI INDEPENDENTLY OWNED?
Yes!  We are an independent brand and are not owned by a parent company.  We are proud to be an "indie beauty brand".
