Shipping & Returns


We ship most orders with the United States Postal Service.  We ship to many addresses around the world.  Please note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.  Liquid fragrances ONLY ship to the continental United States.  

All shipping rates are flat-rate and are based on country or geographical location.  
U.S.A. $4.95
Canada $7.95
Europe $10.95
Australia/New Zealand $11.95

Once an order is packed and ready to be shipped, a shipping confirmation will be provided via email.  Order and shipping confirmations are automatically emailed to the same email address used to place the order.  Most shipments are shipped with the United States Postal Service.

Shipments in the U.S.A can take 3-10 days to be delivered.  International shipments normally take 8-15 days, but can sometimes incur delays due to the customs process.  Tracking information is automatically emailed to the same email address used to place the order once it is available.  Please allow time for the tracking information to be updated.

All import dues and taxes are the responsibility of the customer, and this is NOT included in the shipping cost.  These charges are the buyers responsibility, as we have no way of knowing how much a given country will charge.  We will NOT declare your item as a lower amount or mark as a gift - please do not ask as this is illegal.  Shipping delays for international shipments can often be caused by customs - we have no control over the customs process and have no way to speed up the process.

As part of our order processing, we screen all orders for fraud or other unauthorized activity.  We reserve the right to refuse to process an order due to suspected fraud.  We also reserve the right to refuse to ship to certain addresses due to suspected fraud or other illegal activity.  We take these measures to protect our customers as well as ourselves from fraud or other illegal activity.


Return & Refund Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.  Shipping charges are not refundable.  We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).  Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on used products.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu, and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
